CHAPTER 13
“What were you doing in girl’s bathroom Mr. Lookman?”asked an angry headmaster. They were seated in the head masters office looking as pale as ghost. No one liked to be queried by the higher authority. But no one hated the man better that Lucky.
The man has given him detention for silly reasons. Like once,
l He was given detention just for skipping a period but in truth he was unconscious and was in the nurse’s office
l He was almost suspended because the headmaster thought that Lucky was playing a prank but in truth he just left a notice that he and his parent were going on a retreat to some island in the Maldives.
He despised Mr. Hawking with all his heart but for some reason he can’t do anything about it he just have to soak it in.
“I thought it was the boy’s toilet” Lucky answered with spitefulness in his eyes.
“Well, Hope you will get it right next time.” Mr. Hawking said , “But for now you will be in detention to clear you from any mishaps in this great institution of learning, IS THAT UNDERSTOOD!!!”
“But sir I did not do anything”
“Arguing with an official in the school, two weeks of detention, AM I UNDERSTOOD!!??”
“Yes, sir.”
Lucky was seething with rage as he said that but more angrier at the girl.
As the both of them left the principle’s office Lucky was walking faster than the girl
“Please stop, Just stop and hear me out.”She said,
“YOU JUST BACK OFF, YOU HEAR ME BACK OFF!!!!!!!” Lucky shouted angrily
Then a kid said “Gabriela are you gonna take that?”
But as she looked to her right Lucky was gone again
“Why did have to be so stupid Gabriela” Gabriela said while hitting her head. Gabriela felt very very stupid.
